I'm from NJ and I love a traditional diner. The Sandy Springs Diner met all of my expectations!! First off the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Next, the service was reasonably fast. The food was delicious! I had the Nova Eggs Benedict and the salmon tasted very fresh. I also ordered one pancake on the side and it was very tasty. So overall, I would give this place a 9 out of 10. Good solid diner!

    • FOOD ~ Sandy Springs Diner has GREAT diner food! We usually stop in for breakfast. IF you like EGGS BENEDICT, you'll love the portions they offer here. You get and extra egg, ham and muffin. The burgers and chicken sandwiches are very good. They offer delicious mimosas in several flavors. • SERVICE ~ I always ask to sit in MARK'S section. He is my favorite server, not only here, but of any restaurant I've been to in Georgia. He's always friendly, polite, professional and fast. I rarely have to ask for anything because he's very attentive. If I ever open my own restaurant, I'm stealing Mark away to manage my serving staff • ATMOSPHERE ~ The atmosphere is definitely "DINER". Its basic, but clean and nicely spaced. The tables aren't crammed together. The noise is moderate, it's ok to have fun conversation without bothering anyone. They welcome large groups. Kids are fine here as long as they are seated and don't run around. This establishment is handicapped accessible with tables close to the entrance. They also have a counter you can dine at which is a great space to read the paper or catch up on laptop work. We highly recommend this restaurant

They have a great menu, almost too good because it can make it difficult to decide what you want. Their desserts, unlike other diners in the Atlanta area, are really good. My wife loves their coconut cake, and I enjoy their pecan pie. The staff is awesome: they’re extremely friendly and attentive.

Our waitress was named Rebecca and she was fantastic. She was so warm and kind to my family. The food was amazing. We had passtico, a patty met and the club. The portions were huge and the the prices are super reasonable. We split a huge piece of orzo cake that was to die for! We will be back agian when we are in Atlanta. It's worth a trip for this place.

Large portions delivered quickly. Great dollar value!! The baked spaghetti was wonderful. Mark our waiter took his time and did not rush us. He explained the different desserts very well and helped with our selection.

Today, we had lunch at Sandy Springs Diner, and it was an excellent choice. We ordered the fish sandwich and the patty melt, both served with crispy French fries. We also got a side of delicious onion rings. The food arrived hot and fresh, and the patty melt was absolutely delightful. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the onion rings were delicious. The staff provided outstanding service, making us feel incredibly welcome and adding to the overall experience. I can't wait to come back for the patty melt.

Super friendly staff. Warm atmosphere. Kids menu. Something for everyone including great Greek options. My kids said it was the best ever (choc chip waffles and chicken noodle soup, respectively). Definitely will return.
